This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and exchange terms for personalized work-walk balance plans purchased from Movementplant through movementplant.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that comply with Finnish consumer protection law and EU distance selling regulations.
1. Products Covered
This policy applies to all balance plan products offered by Movementplant:
- Foundation Stride Plan (€79): includes schedule assessment, two Helsinki walking routes, printable daily rhythm guide, and 7-day email support.
- Professional Rhythm Plan (€159): includes full workday movement mapping, five seasonal route variations, calendar block templates, two-week progress review, and 14-day priority email support.
- Executive Balance Framework (€299): includes comprehensive lifestyle and work audit, unlimited route customization, two walk-plan coaching sessions, meeting-break micro-walk protocols, and 30-day dedicated support.
2. Nature of Our Products
Our work-walk balance plans are digital services comprising customized scheduling guidance, route recommendations, printable materials, and optional coaching sessions. Because plans are personalized based on your submitted work schedule, walking preferences, and location details, each product is created specifically for the individual purchaser. This personalization affects cancellation and refund eligibility as described below.
3. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive and Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply once digital content or personalized services have been fully delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.
For Movementplant balance plans:
- Before plan delivery: you may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we have not yet begun customization or delivered any plan materials.
- After plan delivery: because plans are personalized digital content created specifically for you, the right of withdrawal is waived upon your express consent at purchase and delivery of customized materials.
- During customization: if you cancel after we have begun work but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued minus reasonable costs already incurred for assessment and preparation work.
4. Cancellation Before Delivery
To cancel an order before plan delivery, contact us at feedback@movementplant.world with your order details. Cancellations received before customization begins qualify for a full refund processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. If customization has already started, we will inform you of any applicable partial refund based on work completed.
5. Refund Eligibility After Delivery
After receiving your personalized balance plan, refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:
- Material error: the delivered plan contains significant factual errors in scheduling or route information that we fail to correct within 5 business days of your reported issue.
- Non-delivery: you did not receive plan materials within the delivery timeframe specified for your product without prior notification of delay.
- Service failure: for Professional Rhythm and Executive Balance plans, if included support or coaching sessions were not provided within the committed timeframe despite your good-faith cooperation.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
Refunds are not available for subjective dissatisfaction with plan recommendations, changes in personal schedule preferences after delivery, or failure to follow the provided walking schedule.
6. Coaching Session Cancellations
Executive Balance Framework includes two walk-plan coaching sessions. Session cancellation and rescheduling terms:
- Cancellation with 24 or more hours notice: session may be rescheduled at no charge within the 30-day support period.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: session is considered used unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.
- No-show: if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered delivered.
- Unused sessions: coaching sessions not scheduled within the 30-day support period expire without refund or extension unless we caused the delay.
7. Plan Adjustments Instead of Refunds
We encourage customers experiencing difficulties with their balance plan to contact us for adjustments before requesting a refund. During your product support period, we offer:
- Schedule timing adjustments based on feedback.
- Alternative route recommendations for Helsinki areas.
- Seasonal plan modifications for changing weather conditions.
- Clarification and guidance on implementing walking intervals.
Most concerns can be resolved through plan refinement at no additional cost during the applicable support period.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact Movementplant with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase.
- Product purchased and date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request with relevant details.
- Any supporting documentation such as correspondence about delivery issues.

9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Partial refunds are calculated based on the proportion of undelivered services or documented costs of correction.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and could affect your eligibility for future purchases. We cooperate fully with legitimate chargeback investigations and provide relevant documentation to payment processors.
11. Business Purchases
If you purchase a balance plan on behalf of a business or organization, different terms may apply. Business customers do not benefit from consumer withdrawal rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of any separate business agreement.
12. Force Majeure
Movementplant is not liable for delays in plan delivery or service provision caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures. In such cases, we will communicate delays promptly and offer rescheduled delivery or appropriate remedies.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Finnish consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) for guidance on resolving disputes related to digital services and distance selling.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version is always available at movementplant.world/return.html. Changes do not affect refund rights for purchases made under a previous policy version.
